We are currently looking for a Litigation Attorney to work in our Parsippany, NJ office. Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for managing complex litigation potentially related to the following practice areas: franchise law and litigation, commercial litigation, trademark litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, and vicarious liability defense litigation. Responsibilities:
· Managing litigation includes analysis, gathering discovery, managing outside counsel, reviewing pleadings and discovery, insurance reporting and other aspects of the company’s responsibilities for pending lawsuits.
· The position will also provide internal clients with counsel on a wide range of issues, including franchise and contract law.
· Some travel required. Qualifications:
· Qualified candidates will have minimum of 6 years of relevant litigation experience, including some first chair trial experience or significant second chair trial experience in state and federal courts.
· Significant experience handling ADR
· Strong interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written skills are required
