Structure, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts relating to the operation of multichannel fashion retail, including technology, SaaS, shop-in-shop, distribution, supply chain, digital media and marketing agreements. Advise clients at all levels within the business on a broad range of legal issues in support of business initiatives, including technology and product development, policy creation and change, regulatory compliance, innovation strategy and marketing programs. J.D. with a license to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction Minimum of 5 years’ legal experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department handling contracts, marketing, technology and business transactions, intellectual property or regulatory issues related to product distribution or retail industry Excellent research, analytical, writing and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and establish working relationships with colleagues and clients Proficiency in time-management with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
